We are excited to announce the 24R3.0 Release. The new capabilities delivered include:
Compass Platform
Set up and Test Delivery Destinations in the Compass Portal
Customers are now able to set up a new delivery destination or update and test existing destinations for Amazon S3 or Microsoft Azure within the Compass Portal interface. The Delivery Configuration page has also been simplified to include delivery destination information and allows the user to choose the file formats that are available for each destination.
To add a new Delivery Location, System Administrator users will see an additional option on the Delivery Configuration page, accessible under the Setup > Delivery navigation on the Home Page. This will give the user the option to add an Amazon S3 or Microsoft Azure destination, if one is not yet configured.
This will provide a simple workflow that enables a user to set up their delivery location configuration based on the Amazon S3 or Microsoft Azure requirements.
Once all details are entered, the connection will be tested, and will notify the user of any errors or return the user to the setup interface where they will see their new active location.
Delivery destinations that are already configured can be tested and modified in the interface, in the case that policy information or destination details are changed by the customer’s technical teams. This will ensure there is minimal interruption in your deliveries if destination details need to change.

Vault CRM X-Pages Compass Templates for Migrating Customers
Veeva Compass is excited to announce Compass data in Vault CRM X-Pages, previously known as MyInsights. X-Pages enables Compass data from Compass Patient and Compass Prescriber to be displayed directly to field teams in CRM.
Supported in this release are customers that are migrating from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. The Veeva CRM MyInsights Compass templates that they have deployed can be migrated to Vault CRM X-Pages and be fully functional. Please work with your Product Expert to enable the Vault CRM data delivery.
Creating new Compass templates on Vault CRM X-Pages and supporting new Vault CRM X-Page customers with Compass templates will be available in a subsequent release.
Compass Patient & Compass Pathway
Significant Increase in MX Payer Fill Rates
Through partnership with our suppliers, we were able to identify additional payer data that has been added to existing Medical Claims, improving the understanding of the payer landscape. Fill rates improved by 14% in primary payer name. This is additive to the 10% increase in fill rates we announced in early November.
Compass Prescriber
New Patients in Prescriber Volume Module
Users are now able to view and filter prescribers based on their New Patients volume, which enables users to drill down to prescribers with higher volumes of New Patients for their market of interest.
Compass National
New Patients for Market Share and Monthly Trends
Users are now able to view market share and monthly trends for their market of interest with the New Patients metric. This will enable users to get quick insights on patient dynamics for their market of interest directly from the Portal.
