We are excited to announce the 23R2.6 release. The new capabilities include:
Patient
Weekly Data - Additional Lookback Time Periods
Compass Patient has expanded its Weekly data feature to include additional subsequent delivery lookback periods for 26 weeks and 52 weeks. Weekly data can be used to:
- Create triggers and next best action suggestions to influence HCP behavior
- Inform marketing campaigns and accurately promote to the right audience
- Track launch performance and evaluate competitor market share
Weekly data jobs are run on Sundays at 2PM EST.
Additional Lookback Periods
To set up a Compass Patient weekly job, select “Weekly” in the Schedule step, and then select a timeframe for your first delivery.
Within this step, a user can now select additional lookback periods for subsequent deliveries to support a broader variety of use cases:
- Last 13 Weeks is valuable for triggers and next best actions in which recency of data is important
- Last 26 Weeks is valuable for insights on patients undergoing therapies and diagnoses that have a longer treatment path
- Last 52 Weeks is valuable for reporting on patients that have multiple lines of therapy or complex adherence guidelines over time
