We are excited to announce the 23R3.5 Release. The new capabilities delivered include:
Prescriber & National
Download Data in Excel Format
Prescriber, Zip, State, and National data can now be downloaded in a business-friendly Excel format directly from the Portal. Files contain a Job Summary tab as well as projections for Tx, TRx, TMx, New Patients, and Total Patients. For Prescriber, Zip, and State data, each metric will be provided on a separate tab. For National data, all metrics are combined into a single tab for ease-of-use.
Note: Excel files will be truncated at 600K rows per tab due to file size limitations.
Job Summary File
The Job Summary file is now available for each Prescriber, Zip, State, and National job and allows a user to easily view information about the job, such as the products, selected time frame and delivery options.
The Job Summary file is available via the Download Job Summary button on the Job Receipt in the Portal, as well as delivered with your data to your SFTP. For Excel format, the Job Summary is included within your Excel data file as the first tab.
