21R2.6 - 21R2.7

We are excited to announce the 21R2.6 & 21R2.7 Releases. The new capabilities delivered include:

Compass Patient

Compass Patient focused on onboarding and enabling external and internal customers, while continuing to streamline the delivery process and improve data quality.

Compass Data Platform & Data Quality Improvements

  • Performance enhancements to continue to improve the reliability and speed of query processing
  • Enhanced medical claims deduping logic to continue to drive more accurate transaction-level data *Increased matching rate of Veeva IDs to HCOs (Facility, billing provider, referring provider, and rendering provider) that have multiple NPIs through the addition of secondary NPIs built by the OpenData team

Select expanded time frame for newly scheduled Recurring Jobs

  • For recurring jobs, users now have the ability to optionally select a custom returned records timeframe for the first month’s delivery. This will allow users to receive a larger dataset for their first delivery.
  • Veeva Customer Success team has additional abilities to better support customers through full refresh overrides for monthly scheduled jobs

Provider Portal

FTP enablement

  • SFTP Directory information is now visible directly in the Provider Portal, to help users in more easily locating the data shared via Customers
